Seamless silicone belt is a kind of special belt made from mold, the whole belt has no seams, joints or splices for particular application needs. It consists of endless-woven base materials such as polyester, nylon, cotton or Kevlar. These bases are coated with an elastomer, which could be silicone, neoprene, nitrile, polyurethane or other specialized compounds.
This belt has characteristic of heat resistant, so it is applied on zipper bag machine for die cutting, seal cutting and heat sealing zipper bag.
