Elevator belt clamp

Bucket Elevator Belt Clamp (substitute for 4B Clamp)

We have developed our unique elevator belt clamp to provide an easy joint to the bucket elevator belt. Indeed when we are designing this clamp, we take physical properties of belt into consideration. In order that, our technical department optimize the clamp radius as per belt properties. As you can see from the picture, this clamp includes two jaws of high strength aluminum alloy and a wedge. So they can support the belt with bolts to join the assembly. And the number of bolt for clamping depends on the width of the belt. Generally speaking, the adoption of light weight aluminum alloy helps to maintain the dynamic balancing of the system as a result. Moreover, the spliced cable ends are soldered.

In a word, proper conveyor belt clamps will result in more reliable equipment operation, less downtime, and a longer lifetime of the elevator belt. As a result, our elevator belt clamps are able to offer a high degree clamping force during equipment operation in a various working environment.

In order to fit demanding elevator belt applications, this clamp has several enhancements. Thus making it perfect for use with elevator belts rated from 800 to 1200 PIW. The unique design embraces three piece construction. Particularly the the end user can join clamp together using grade 5 bolts.

Elevator Belt Clamp Features

Without any doubt, proper belt clamp will influence directly the equipment in many aspects. For example, running reliability, safety and life span of the elevator belt.

Features of Type S1 and S2

1. Monobloc pressing made; consistent size; easy to interchange and high group precision.
2. The product has good performance of combination. So it applies to different width of belt.
3. Zinc plated nut can prevent from loosing in the operation.

Features of Type S4 and S5

Firstly, it is made by three special mechanical parts. And this will provide higher clamp strength.
Secondly, it has precision casting and good size uniformity.
Thirdly, materials include cast steel(zinc plated) and stainless steel.
