Endless Conveyor Belt is a conveyor belt without joint in the process of production. There is no joint in belt carcass. And the belt shall not be shortened in service life due to early failure in the joints of the belt. Thus it runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.

Previously, we make a conveyor belt to the required length. Then we cut and join the two ends together using the approach called ‘belt splicing’. The splicing point then becomes the weakest point on the conveyor belt. No matter how good the splicing work is, it is still the first point where the belt could damage. In some intense working environment, the splicing joint usually was the cause of the break-down.
We have developed a new technique in fabricating endless belt. By doing so we can manufacture the whole conveyor belt in a circular shape. And that means there is no weak point on the whole conveyor belt. Therefore, the endless belt can last longer than the conventional jointed belt. As a result, this reduce the break-down for fixing or replacing the belt. We can produce endless belt as wear resistance with different grades, oil resistance, and heat resistance.
These belts are also available in different widths, thicknesses and tensile strength. Also the belts can add chevrons, cleats, sidewalls, and guides.
An endless belt is a belt hot spliced and ready-to-fit in a continuous loop. The belts can fit to a machine without the need for a splice or vulcanizing team on site, maximizing up-time. The splice, hot vulcanized under factory conditions is subject to a 12 month warranty period.
